The most important information about your booking at the Hotel Muliac

Prices

Our prices are per person per night. The price includes: a rich breakfast, a delicious 4-course dinner, use of our wellness area with outdoor pool, free Wi-Fi and a private parking space. Please note that a minimum stay of 3 nights is required.

For a short stay of 1-2 nights, a surcharge of €5.00 per person per day applies.

Local tax

In addition to the room price, a local tax of €3.40 per person per day is charged. Children up to 14 years of age are exempt from the tax.

Methods of payment

We accept cash payments (up to €4,999.99), VISA and Mastercard.

All our rooms are non-smoking rooms

Check-in & Check-out

On the day of arrival, the room is available from 2 p.m. If you arrive after 7 p.m., please notify us. The room should be vacated by 10 a.m. on the day of departure.

E-charging station

You are welcome to charge your electric car for an additional charge.

Pets

In summer we accept dogs (no puppies) only on request (not allowed in all rooms). We charge €15.00 per day - without food. We ask for your understanding that dogs are not allowed in the dining rooms, wellness area, swimming pool and garden. Dogs must NOT be left alone in the room during the day.
In winter, dogs are not allowed.

Reservation confirmation

Reservations and cancellations are only accepted in written form.

For a binding reservation, a deposit of 25% per room must be paid by credit card or bank transfer.

Cancellation conditions and travel cancellation insurance

Take out our travel cancellation insurance. It protects you from cancellation fees if you are unable to start your vacation for a serious reason. The deposit paid when booking will not be refunded in the event of cancellation, in accordance with Article 1.385 of the Italian Civil Code.
Our cancellation conditions:

- If you cancel up to 4 weeks before the start of your holiday, there is no cancellation fee (the deposit is not refunded)

- If you cancel between 30 and 15 days before the start of your holiday: 40% of the booking value

- If you cancel within 14 to 8 days before the start of your holiday: 60% of the booking value

- If you cancel in the last 7 days before the start of your holiday: 90% of the booking value

- If you arrive late, leave early or do not show up: 100% of the booking value will be charged

For the rest, we refer to the "General Terms and Conditions for the accommodation establishments affiliated to the Val Gardena tourist associations" in the currently valid version, which form the basis of the accommodation contract.
